At Assurance Home, we have a genuine love of children. Typically, those accepted into our program...

• are boys or girls age 12 to 18;
• are eligible for Medicaid;
• have been abused and/or neglected;
• have been abandoned and/or are homeless;
• have mild to moderate behavioral and emotional problems;
• have had multiple placements or difficulty adjusting to family situations; and
• have had little or no involvement with the criminal justice system.

We certainly do make exceptions, though. If you know a child who might benefit from our therapeutic environment, but are not sure whether a referral is appropriate, please contact us:
